4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. International shipments may incur customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, with items unused and in original packaging. Refunds exclude shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
